  • Dante Volpe

    President

    Mr. Volpe joined Faradyne Motors in 2015, bringing over 25 years of quality, manufacturing, technology and business leadership experience. Prior to joining Faradyne he was Vice President of Global Quality and Operations at Lenel Systems International, Inc., a United Technologies Company. Prior thereto he held a number of management, quality, and manufacturing operations positions at Robert Bosch GmbH and Eastman Kodak Company.

  • Juan Lugo

    Vice President, Finance & Operations

    Mr. Lugo joined Faradyne Motors as Controller in 2011. He had most recently been the Finance Manager of Bausch & Lomb’s Americas Distribution Operations, a leading multi-national health care and medical device company. Over the years, he has assumed increasing levels of responsibility in various positions including Logistics, Finance, Operations and Product Marketing.

  • Chris Osgood

    Engineering Manager

    Mr. Osgood joined Faradyne Motors at its inception in 2005. He has been responsible for designing and developing the industry's best submersible water and fuel pump motors. Prior to Faradyne he was a Product Development Engineer for Goulds Pumps, an ITT Industries Company (now Xylem) where he joined in 1998 following his education at Rochester Institue of Technology. He has a more than 20 years of experience in the design, development, testing and application of submersible motors and pumps.

  • Dennis Petricoin

    Vice President, Quality & Business Development

    Mr. Petricoin joined Faradyne Motors in 2019 as VP of Quality and Business Development.  He holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and has more than 29 years of experience in design engineering, management, commercial development, quality and manufacturing.  He previously held the position of Director for Bosch Security Systems’ Intrusion group located in Fairport NY where he was responsible for 150 employees in the USA, Asia and Europe.  

  • Daryl Stamp

    Process Engineering Manager

    Mr. Stamp joined Faradyne Motors in 2005 as a manufacturing process engineer. He previously held various positions in engingeering, process engineering, and maintenance. Mr. Stamp also served in the United States Navy in avionics maintenance and certified aircraft inspection. Prior to joining Faradyne he was General Manager at Productive Plastics where he set up a plastics molding facility to be the exclusive supplier of vacuum formed products to a large indistrial lift truck company.

  • Michael Sadeghi

    Vice President, Technology

    Mr. Sadeghi joined Faradyne Motors in 2006. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and has more than 25 years of experience dealing with Power Systems and Electric Machines in both the academic and the industrial engineering settings. He has held positions in research and development in all capacities as senior design engineer, R&D Director, Director of Engineering, and VP of Technology. Michael has designed and developed electric machines, from fractional to 5000 HP, in leading companies such as MagneTek, General Electric, Reliance / Rockwell Automation, and Faradyne Motors.
